9月14日，國家主席習近平同歐盟輪值主席國德國總理默克爾、歐洲理事會主席米歇爾、歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩共同舉行會晤，會晤以視頻方式舉行。會議決定，中歐將建立環(huán)境與氣候高層對話和數(shù)字領域高層對話，打造中歐綠色合作伙伴、數(shù)字合作伙伴關系。

China and the EU will establish a China-EU High Level Environment and Climate Dialogue and a China-EU High Level Digital Cooperation Dialogue, and forge China-EU green and digital partnerships, according to a decision at a leaders' meeting on Sept 14. The meeting, held via video link, was co-chaired by President Xi Jinping, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose country currently holds the EU's rotating presidency, European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

要打造中歐綠色合作伙伴，建設性參與全球應對氣候變化和保護全球生物多樣性多邊進程，相互支持對方明年辦好聯(lián)合國氣候變化格拉斯哥大會和《生物多樣性公約》第十五次締約方昆明大會取得積極成果，為推動全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展作出貢獻。

The two sides should forge China-EU green partnership, participate constructively in the global multilateral process of tackling climate change and protecting global biodiversity, support each other in running the UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow next year and promoting the 15th Conference of the Parties of the convention on biodiversity in Kunming to achieve positive results, and contribute to global sustainable development.
